Terms

Last updated 11 October 2026

The short version. The program described on this site does not exist yet. Joining early access is not an application, costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and guarantees nothing. Nothing on this site is an offer of credit.

1. No program is currently offered

LoanLoser describes a proposed program under which a participant's student loans would be paid off and repaid through a flat percentage of payroll. That program is not available. It has not launched, financing is not in place, and we cannot pay off anyone's loans today. We may never launch it.

2. Early access is not an application

Joining early access:

You can leave the list at any time by emailing hello@loanloser.org.

3. Nothing here is an offer of credit

No content on this site is an offer, solicitation, or commitment to lend, nor a statement of final terms. Any figure we describe, including the ten percent of gross wages we are testing, is a proposal being evaluated, not a quoted rate or term. Actual terms, if any program is ever offered, would be set out in a separate written agreement, would be subject to eligibility and applicable law, and could differ materially from anything described here. Interest, fees, repayment caps, and the total amount repayable have not been determined. We make no representation that any program would reduce your total cost of repayment or shorten the time you spend repaying.

4. Federal loan protections

Federal student loans carry protections that private arrangements do not, including income driven repayment, Public Service Loan Forgiveness, disability and death discharge, and federal deferment and forbearance. Paying a federal loan off through a private program ends those protections permanently. If a program is ever offered, we would disclose this before you entered into any agreement. We are stating it here so it is known from the outset.

5. Information you give us is self-reported

We collect ranges and answers you select yourself. We do not verify income, debt, identity, or creditworthiness at this stage, and we do not ask for Social Security numbers, financial documents, or payment details. Please do not send them. Any eligibility assessment would happen later, with your consent, under a separate process.

6. Not financial or legal advice

Everything on this site is general information. We are not your financial advisor, lender, broker, or attorney, and nothing here is advice about your situation. Decisions about your student loans should be made with the Department of Education, your servicer, or a qualified professional. We are independent and are not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Education, any lender, or any loan servicer.

7. Your use of the site

Do not submit false information, submit on behalf of someone else without their permission, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site. We may remove any submission and decline service at our discretion.

8. Changes and availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue this site and the proposed program at any time, including deleting the early access list. If we abandon the program we will say so to the people on the list.

9. No warranty, limited liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoanLoser is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from joining early access.
